The Sandblasting Shop typically specializes in wet and dry abrasive blasting but we’ve recently been asked to retool our equipment and help in the disinfection process with an EPA approved disinfectant solution. 

We are now able to use our machines for Cold Vapor Disinfectant Application. The disinfectant solution is included on List N products that meet EPA’s criteria for use against the novel coronavirus that causes the disease COVID-19.  

In initial testing, the new system delivers high volume delivery up to 20,000 square feet of COVID-19 disinfectant per hour.   The vapor fog virtually eliminates harmful runoff of disinfectant which opposed to pressure washing often has detrimental ecological impacts.  It also means that the vapor fogging stays confined to the target area reducing cost of disinfectant solution.
